Livernois Tune Review

I tuned my 2014 with the Livernois tune. I used a Diablo tune on my 2007 and it was amazing. I am aware of the inability to adjust all parameters with the 2014 but i still wanted to squeeze a bit more performance out of my motor. I chose Livernois over Diablo this time around because i actually saw the performance numbers on a dyno. Diablo reviews as well as other tuners seemed hearsay which left me skeptical.
To give you the short review; the Livernois tune is better than the stock tune but not as good as the Diablo tune in my 2007. People in this forum dont want to hear about subjective changes with a tune so i wont bore you with those. Objectively, 0-60 have improved 0.1-0.2 seconds but I could reach those same times with my stock tune albeit inconsistently and only during cooler ambient temps. The difference is the 0-60 times are more consistent with the tune whereas they were all over the place with the stock tune. Mods include Injen intake, 180 jet tstat, corsa catback, and a catch can.
Livernois has great customer service and were always available for my questions. To be fair, they did ask me to bring my jeep in to be tuned on their dyno. Dyno tuning obviously is the gold standard but that is not possible because they are in MI and I am in FL.
If you have experience with a WK1 tune and are looking for a tune with the exact same results for your 2014, you wont be as impressed with this tune. But if you want a little more performance squeezed out of your motor, it is up to you to decide if the extra cash is worth it. I found this tune to be worth it.

Thanks for the honest feedback. We definitely wish that more was left on the table with the 2014 trucks so we can make the big improvements people want to see from them. We continue working on ways to improve the calibration every chance we get, so never hesitate to reach out to us on potential updates!
