We saw your point and having read through the post we can see how you go to it... Frankly we would have too...
But at the end of the day there are good guys out there trying their best to make sure the client has a great experience. A kit should not require the client to "have-to"
go to the manufacture to get it properly installed. (your welcome to) but in our opinion you should always have a good relationship with a local (or as close to) speed shop. Even if its a well heeled import shop, the good ones take pride in doing a good job for clients...That way you have a place to lean on in the future should you need service or repair.
Our kit should go in, in about 5-7 hours tops - so we'd say 700-1000 is fair for a proper professional installation - in our opinion that a fair price to pay a man to make sure he delivers a quality product. At lets say 8000 installed, we have a real well rounded, easy to own, won;t blow anything up kit. In future should you decide to go a little future,, we'll have pulley upgrades to pump it up, but all in the name of fun, not ego.
