Anything that improves the power of the car could cause a denial of a warranty claim.
They cannot "void" a warranty, only decline a claim due to a reason they think caused it.
If you were to add a tune, intake and exhaust and lunch your gearbox, then expect them to deny the claim. This is because they would correctly assume the increase in power lead to the failure. However, they could not claim that a broken power window was caused by the same mods.
I have removed the rear resonators on my exhaust, and would expect no issues, as it has only increased the noise not the performance.
If you want to start increasing the power, expect to have claims denied if something breaks. You play, you pay.
