Billet technologies Catch Can feedback

I recommended the BT Catch Can to a buddy for his 15 GC SRT... He ordered it and when he received the box, he immediately brought it to me to assist with the install... Upon opening the box, I noticed the bracket was not shipped along with the can and hoses, clamps etc.

So, he contacted BT and explained the issue he was having... They basically called him a liar! They refused to send him a bracket however, accepted the return of the catch can for a refund...

WTF?

Be aware, be warned!

I have their CC too and was disappointed that it did not come with the brass fittings to connect the hoses to the intake, so another waste of time to run to the store instead of charging more and being a turn key installation. The elbows fitted were also set for a Charger, so I had to refit them to the correct angles for the Jeep SRT. Not deal breakers, but a polite call customer service only prompted them to react like I was wasting their time.

CC is made well and works as it should.

Billet technologies Catch Can feedback

I want to order one for my Ram 1500, but the last one took forever and a day to arrive. It was just plain black with rubber hoses so it wasn't anything exotic.

For some reason I cant quote the other folks with a complaint. Prob my computer. Anyway please feel free to reach out to me for any questions or concerns. Sounds like some of you were missing hardware or sent the wrong Can. Like anyone we make mistakes, but strive to fix them as promptly as possible,
