Borla is an axle back so still utilizes the giant suitcase muffler and gets rid of the resonators. This is a cat back exhaust so its not fair to compare Borla to Meisterschaft. Corsa/ARH/Kooks would be a fair comparison to the Meisterschaft. I am planning to do a before/after dyno pull to compare the Corsa vs Meisterschaft. I sadly don't have a baseline dyno before any mods done

3K is def pushing the limits on pricing. I will say it's a very well crafted exhaust system built from stainless steel. It has built in electronic dumps for mild deep muscle feel and fully open performance mode that just opens everything up with no restrictions. Most of all you are paying for the name. They deal with lambos, GTR, Ferrari, R8s with exhaust kits over 10k. They are just an elite exhaust company so you are going to pay for the name. Most of their products end up being well worth it with their amazing sounds. I can't talk for the jeep exhaust sound for I have not heard good audio of it, but they make the best exhaust for Lambo and GTRs. I like that they gave the SRT people the option for a higher level exhaust kit.

Borlas are only axle-back exhaust.. whereas GTHaus Meisterschaft are complete cat-back system (X-pipe and muffler) plus additional cost is due to the Electronic Valve Controller which is included with the Roar Racing Series exhaust system.

Actually isn't it about 2k not 3 for the cat back? I did some research before I purchased my full Kooks system. I've read the quality between the two is comparable. I wasn't willing to pay for the electronic cutouts because I've heard them on other cars and to me they sound sloppy and way too loud for my tastes. That is all preference though, I'm not trying to rip apart the gt haus at all, I'm sure they will sound great. I have absolutely no regrets with the kooks, they sound amazing. Only thing I miss is the look of the Borlas from the rear. I'm looking forward to reading your reviews on the gt haus. Also, sounds clips are nothing like being by the car. They can give you an idea of what it sounds like but not really..

There's a teaser on YouTube. And another video featuring a Charger SRT.

I found GT's price list and see that they are charging $995 for the x-pipe, $1,995 for the catback. So price-wise it sounds like a fairer comparison would be against a Borla ($650) + ARH x-pipe ($?) + electric valve bypass ($275ish)?

Regardless, looking forward to hearing how it sounds!

Absolutely, there are a lot of combinations of exhausts you could do. Let's hear them all!
