No clue on performance. Too hot to get on it. My wife drives it. Haven't driven it since last year. That's her baby. Maybe in the spring.

Doesn't do justice. Sounds so much better broken in now.

Re: Kooks LTs and 3" system

I just received this from a VERY good source when I asked them about adding the kooks headers and connecting pipes to my 14'

"If you run headers and an open exhaust you will throw a MIL light. We have a pressure sensor on the right exhaust pipe just after the exhaust manifold that monitors back pressure to make sure the exhaust valves are working correctly (Goverment Reg). I do not know a way to by pass that system. Without changing the ECU you wont make any power changing the exhaust."

So does that mean we need to wait for a correct tune?

Re: Kooks LTs and 3" system

So does anyone have any comparative input between the Corsa cat back and the Kooks cat back (Price and sound)?

Also, If I go with Kooks and attach the stock tips, doesn't that defeat the purpose since I would still have the stock resonators?

Re: Kooks LTs and 3" system

Got that part Scott but don't the stock tips still have the resonators - therefore muting the improved sound the Kooks system would provide?

The tips come off of the resonators. Then you use those tips and attach them to the kooks exhaust pipes

Re: Kooks LTs and 3" system

Been having my kooks cat back exhaust on for a few weeks. Have a deep aggressive tone especially now that they are broken in! I recommend them!
