Not sure why you find it so hard to believe. Do you have a 2014 SRT? Have you tried running yours? These trucks take very kindly to cold air.
I've run at the track and the only complaint I have is that it rounded up the number because it only records to the 10th of a second. The evic time was within .005 of my timeslip.
If it makes you feel better, the temps were somewhere around 88 degrees and it was my first time running the Jeep. The track prep was awful and my best time was 13.695. The evic showed 13.7. Needless to say I was very disappointed coming from my C63 which was running in the 11's.
As I put more mileage on the Jeep the times seemed to get better and the colder it got the better the times got.
I was getting consistent 4.3/13.3 times and even ran the same day I added the aFe Magnum Force Intake. I saw my time drop to 3.9/12.7 after the intake. Since then I have been consistent with 3.9, but I don't get to run the 1/4 much due to the fact that I don't want to go to jail.
I'll be taking her to the track again in the next couple weeks to see how well she does. I will be happy to keep the 1/4 in the 12's, but I don't know if that will last once it gets warmer out.
With the install of the intake, she doesn't feel like such a pig at the 1/8 mile marker any more.
