That was my first thought last night after I attempted to close my hood.

Re: New Corsa Jeep SRT intake

Still waiting on mine to be delivered. I'm working nights so won't get a chance to look at it for a couple of days. I see yours is a 2015 I know they should be the same, but any difference in hood clearance between 14 and 15?

The Corsa engineers said they developed the intake on a 2014...I can't see any difference between the 14s and 15s in regards to the hood structure just based on pictures I've found online.

Not unless the 5hp bump gives the 15 a little extra bulge

Re: New Corsa Jeep SRT intake

This is what i just built. total cost 100.00 and will out flow any other available options. this is a 6" real ram air. Goes into stock air box with a drilled 6" hole. It has a super slick coating by x-liner.

Sorry, but while I'm all for DIY, I'm not putting dryer/HVAC venting on my SRT. I would have at least went with Airaid's do-it-yourself kit that has various bends, straights, etc...which is what I'm actually looking at right now.

Re: New Corsa Jeep SRT intake

The stock box with panel filter is what hurts the flow not the tube. Highly doubt the few ripples in the tube obstruct much

Re: New Corsa Jeep SRT intake

I'm also having issues with this intake hitting and they even sent me the Volant box that they did the original test fit with and it also hits on my hood vents for my 2014.

Re: New Corsa Jeep SRT intake

So what's the deal? Does Corsa say it fits and no one can get it to fit or did they just design a piss poor product. Mine is sitting in the box now, wondering if I should just ship the thing back or try to make it work? Geez....
