It's that time of year again, RIPP Superchargers will be on Summer break to spend time with its friends and family, starting Friday August 22nd through Tuesday September 2nd. Sales and technical staff will not be on call. Emails will be checked only when possible. Social media will be checked and interacted with lightly. If there is anything that needs immediate attention, please reference our extensive Dealer Network and they will do their best to remedy the problem or concern. An automatic email will be generated during our absence with many FAQ's to help, but again, its hard for us to be near email during this time. We appreciate you giving us time to regroup and recharge.

Going to have to take that up with sales guys, we know a bunch of them are all going out today (12-13 or them) so you might be caught up in that bunch.
The sale typically pertains to vacation and a new round of inventory coming in.
One thing to keep in mind and notice, the JK kit is our best selling kit and not on sale. That's because the Wholesale distributors (WD's) are carrying it like Summit and 4 Wheel Parts.... When that happens RIPP cannot have sales any more. SOOOO these prices typically only last soo long, the WD's are already asking about bringing in large quantity of the SRT kit.
New kits like these are played close to the chest early on to make sure clients are effectively getting what we advertise, weed out production issues and/or instruction interpretation.
In short, get it while its hot - because once we let it go, there be no more coupon codes
We've seen guys call and leave a deposit with sales and asked to hold a kit. If you're close, we would suggest calling Chris in sales and asking if he can hold a system at that price for X time... (We're cool like that when the system is new)... but again, as suggested above, when the WD's take it we have to be very careful with sales and promos. They'll drop us and that's bad for business...
I'm in process of trying to get one on order but have been unable to get in touch with anyone in sales... Ripp--- can you have someone contact me please.
everytime i called in, either Chris or Ross would pick up. Pretty sure they can take care of you. I've called them maybe 3 dozen times, and someone always picks up.
