Since I have nothing better to do, my 2012 is currently being upgraded with a procharger D1SC, Kook's header's, and SHR transmission. My Jeep is about 2.5 hrs from me so I won't actually see it until it is returned to me. Hopefully in about 1 month. Sorry I won't be able to answer a lot of questions, because I probably won't have the answers. But, I'll do my best for ya.
Waiting on piping to be finished by the CNC company. Looks like next week sometime. As far as tuning they do have it pretty much figured out for the 2012 with the trinity. Fuel mapping has been figured out. From what I understand it might be a little more difficult if you do a cam upgrade though, I have no idea why. Of course that might have changed recently also. They also installed a Walbro 405 fuel pump and #80 injectors.. From what I heard on the video the Kook's headers sounded good with the Borla ATAK.
Sorry have not had many updates for you guys. Also have to take care of the Mother unit who is 88 yrs old.
The good new is that I still have to slum around in my CL63 more. . Seen that Renntech has a new intermediate ECU for that that will boost my HP to 638 and is $600 cheaper than the other ECU they have that will boost it to 679hp. Might have to do that when I get the Jeepster back. That will give me a grand total of over 2600hp in my 3 vehicle stable.
Look into Eurocharged or Kleemann for a ECU tune on the Benz. I've got a Eurocharged ECU/TCU tune in my CLS55 and it puts down 483hp and 590ftlb. I go Kleemann on the 7th for headers and a tune revision that should bump those #'s by 40!!

RennTech is here in Fl. If I need it to be reflashed, it can be done in a couple of days. The guy at RennTech actually use to be an engineer @ Mercedes and Merc dealers don't seem to have a problem with the upgrade.
Finally going for tuning and hopefully the track this weekend. Had them anodize the intercooler black. And I got the polished piping. They did a custom washer fluid tank too. They're putting modular gauges on pillar until a new pillar gauge pod is complete. Thinking about having that covered in leather to match the dash. So I could have it back to me next week sometime.
So it made 553whp/528torque. That was with a little less than 7 psi boost and after over a dozen pulls. So there is still more to be made when it's not heat soaked. I'm happy with that.
Actually, the only thing that would needed to be forged would be the pistons. We had discussed installing drop in forged pistons initially and a more radical cam. I'm sure someone will beat me to installing them. I'm good for now. Not planning on tracking it. Plus, they stayed under 7 psi boost.
