People buying a new SRT now are paying $65K to over $75K. They'll have no problem going up another $10K for that thing. At first it most likely won't hurt resale value of the "Plain Jane" SRT's. But when the novelty wears off, and the used Trackhawk's start hitting the used trade in market it will. It basically comes down to given the choice, which one would you pick...... be it new or used?

Remember $10K isn't that big of a jump. It's not like going from a ZO-6 Corvette to a ZR-1, which can run $50K more.

New of course. however even $60,000 for a 14 with 10k miles stretches my budget, so I'm definitely not one of those people you are talking about who could just spend another 10 to 20 thousand dollars without even thinking about it

Dealer greed is going to make the SRT seem like a steal after the markups on the TH's which will initially preserve the resale of the SRT, but you're right, after those used TH's hit the market the demand for the SRT will probably take a hit.
