From what i understand it sounds like Borla is just releasing a rear section only as to not effect the MDS valves. There will be two setups, the S and ATAK. I think part numbers of 11826 and 11827. Supposedly with in the next couple weeks or so they should be listed on Borla's site. Delays happen, so it may change.
I guess by doing this Borla does a good job preventing resale of their exhaust. If you have to cut the factory exhaust, you can't really go back. Smart move by Borla.
I posted the You Tube BEFORE and AFTER Borla ATAK videos from Waukesha, WI. Even though it is subjective, there was an unbelievable difference in sound when placed on the AWD DynoJet. The dyno before and after were done wiithout any other modifications. Since, I've added the Hennessey intake. Yesterday, I drove approximately 200 miles in 100+ degree heat (southern WI). I set cruise for 60 and averaged 23 mpg. I played a little bit with the throttle during that drive, but... I've never been in the 20's when it comes to mpg since I got the Jeep in January. Again... no drone whatsoever... no noise inside... beautiful growl outside... Well worth the $$$ IMO... It would be great to get someone else to do a BEFORE and AFTER dyno to help validate my results.
