In a nutshell:
Yes, that's the power measured to all 4 wheels. AWDHp. The numbers are affective by dyno type, rear wheel or all wheel, dyno brand, weather, elevation, operator error, dyno correction factor, etc.... It's hard to compare dyno numbers to other dynos. It gives you a relative change during your mods assuming all variables are fairly consistent between before and after runs.
Also, for about every 1000' above see level you loose about 3% of your power. Need to factor in drive train loose. The amount of power needed to spin and overcome the driveline mass. The Jeeps are around 18%
So in the end start with 470hp - drive train lose = dyno number.
