Two piece Rotors have what is called Hats.
The Hat's are the Aluminum part that bolts up to the hub.

When you replace your brake Rotors next time "Once you have two pice Rotors" you only have to Buy the Steel rings not the complete setup.

Rotor ring replacement is just about 50% of the total package above like 1k so close to a OEM Brembo or cheaper brake setup this is where you really see the benefit aside from the obvious ones right up front.

I have 1 set left more sets will be about two to 3-4 weeks after the last set is sold.

Yep, rotors/rings, wanted to clarify his comment that these were not a one time purch for the whole thing...thx for the details...

How's the dust on the included RB pads vd the Hawks? Also, thoughts on the aluminum hat in heavy winter salt environment. Obviously rinse religiously (like I do the SRT) but u cant get to the nooks and crannies very well without removal and once that salt corrosion starts on aluminum its game over...maybe a light coat of CorrosionX will do the trick with a good spring cleaning....

Re: 2Pc Rotor sale!!

Got my two piece rotors and pads today. Thanks Chad! Will the front ET500 pads be less brake dust than stock? Would I be better off with hawk pads in front? Looks like they dropped another $99 from when I bought them.

Re: 2Pc Rotor sale!!

Actually, I just realized $1900 is for WK1, but your website says WK2 12+ and $2199 for WK1. It looks like somebody mixed them up.

New Site lotta bugs but I did run a group buy as they called and had some stock to move out.

The Et500 is a lot less dust then the OEM stuff and even less than the Hawks and Stoptechs we do have OEM replacements we have heard noting ut great reviews from users on em too.

The hat's wear very well like anyting in salt the parts you can not rinse or see will be effected more than the areas you do keep clean ya know?

The pads have virtually 0 dust to be honest 30 days and it's like having a days worth of dust compared to the OEM stuff.

Re: 2Pc Rotor sale!!

Do you know what the torque specs are for front & rear caliper bolts? Do the pads need to be greased on the piston side? If so any recommended product?

If I'm not mistaken the caliper bolt is 85 Lb-Ft

I have never used a grease on the back of a RB pad they are very quiet to be honest.

I'm sure if you wish you could really up to you but they will not make noise if you do not use any Grease.

I always test stuff like this for companies so I know to be honest.

You just never know what or how a shop is going to install a part.

Say we do everything right and have no issues I will never know what will happen when something does a half ass Job LOL

So their is a method to my madness
