fyi-the rears are the same calipers as prebious gen1 srt's...but with a different bolt spacing. So all pads from gen1 srt's work

Just got these today
HB194Z.570
Disc Brake Pad; Performance Ceramic w/0.570 Thickness; Rear;
HB649Z.605
Disc Brake Pad; Performance Ceramic w/0.605 Thickness; Front

Not sure when I will get them on as it has been a fairly cold winter here in MD (even though I was in Hawaii most of Feb. :) ) and there doesn't seem to be any break in sight even though it's March

I have the hawk HPS streets on my fronts.....very nice pads, almost zero dust. Stock performance. I went with stoptechs on the rears

Just did the Hawk front and rear on mine tonight since I spent as much time cleaning the wheels up as the entire rest of the Jeep earlier in the day.

First time doing Brembos... I had heard they were easy, but holy moly! I did all 4 wheels in right at an hour!

Now, if the dust is better as everyone says, I'll be a real happy camper :)

Thanks for the part numbers Scott!

A buddy of mine has this tool that keeps the calipers pistons pushed in....and it make sit super easy to change pads. no bleeding etc. Just remove the old pads and insert the new ones. We have a how to for brake pads here on the forums also. All calipers are basically the same.

It is easy easy. I have always done everything with my vehicles, so tearing into something new isn't any big deal to me. :)

I ordered the set from Amazon...

I'd be glad to help you out - I have plenty of tools and space. If you give it a go on your own, you need a punch, a mallet, a wrench and a 13mm socket.

What wrench is needed for the front brakes caliper support bolt? (WK1 SRTs don't have this because the brakes are slightly smaller and don't require the added support).

Which of the Hawks did you guys end up going with? I see you mention both the performance ceramic and the HPS Perfomance streets. Is the performance close to that of the stock pads? I am looking at changing mine as this dust is just crazy on the stock pads.

I went with the HPS. The stopping power is equivalent IMO, but the initial 'bite' is softer. I actually prefer this over the stock as it is easier in traffic.

And, 3 days later and my fronts are just about as clean as they were after washing on Saturday. No complaints at all from me!

From Hawk regarding the difference on a 5.0 Mustang (my buddy just ordered a set and was curious what the difference was):

"The dust and noise level for the PC and HPS will be the same. The difference will be that the PC dust is a light gray color.

The reason I recommended the HPS is because the HPS will give you a sportier feel to the brakes while the PC will give you a smoother engaging pad."
