New tires, brakes, rotors

I understand this has been posted in the past but I'm curious if still the same answers?

My 2012 SRT has just over 11000 miles and the tires are looking thin. I currently have the three season factory tires but would prefer a good all season tire. I also assume I will change brakes and rotors at the same time...

Input from this knowledgeable forum would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Bobby Hollo
