So we just installed and replaced the Eibachs with the Road Magnets today and it definitely looks dumped. Looks nice. The ride is still pretty smooth. I'd say somewhere between driving auto and sport mode when it was stock, so I'm pretty impressed there. Only thing is the rear looks lower than the front now. Almost as if the car looks slightly tilted. The springs didn't state which springs go front or rear but common sense says that the wider set is the front and slimmer in the rear, right? Anyway, did you notice that as well and will the front settle down in time? My 22"wheels aren't here yet so we'll see if we're clear with rubbing possibilities. fingers crossed...

The springs should have had an F for front or R for rear written in sharpie on the springs. The shorts ones were for the rear. This kit does slam the rear if you went aggressive drop. But I'm not sure about lower than front. You will be fine with 22s I have plenty of clearance.

Re: Road Magnet Aggressive Drop Quesiton

Searched but didn't see anything written on the springs and think the shorter ones went on rear but we may have to check it again :/
We just followed the wider coil in front and slimmer in rear rule. Maybe the front just needs some time to settle.
Thanks for all of your helpful replies!

Re: Road Magnet Aggressive Drop Quesiton

The rear springs physically are heavier and wound from a larger diameter wire, They weigh much more than the fronts. They also have more coils in them, with closer wound coils at the top of the spring.

The fronts are lighter with more evenly spaced coils. They are wound with a slightly smaller wire.

The new sets are all labeled F & R on the end of the coils now.

Thanks for this info. It cleared up our confusion. I just talked to RM as well and they confirmed that on the 12+ jeep, the larger and heavier coil does go on the rear. We definitely have it backwards...

Re: Road Magnet Aggressive Drop Quesiton

Has anyone who has the 2.8"RM's had any issues with clicking sounds coming from front- underneath the car? Sounds like the center and passenger area. We got our springs re-installed in the correct order now and looks much better, but there is this clicking sound, more so over bumps and uneven road. I was told to ask if this could be a side effect from lowering an AWD so aggressively, but we are taking it in tomorrow to have it reassembled. (yet again) Also, no clicking issues when we first installed it in the wrong order, so I'm thinking it has something to do with this second re-install. Made sure everything is tightened as well.

I have had no sounds at all. Probably something to do with the install. Good luck!
