What is hte best rotors replacement?

Hey everyone,

I am really interested in 2 piece rotors for my 2014 SRT GC. I have looked right and left and found that they cost an arm and a leg to get.... Is the gain in unsprung weight, worth all this??? i understand that it works by saving weight where it counts, but is it really noticeable? I have contacted Demon Performance about their new 2 piece rotors but they aren't much cheaper than RacingBrakes....

If the gain is not worth the price, then what would be the best replacement for the stock rotors? im reviewing the DBA T3 4000 and PowerStop, No idea what to do at this point...

Any help is very appreciated, Thank you all....

Their are a lot of differences not mentioned email or call me 239.691.7515
Anyone interested in 2pc don't hesitate I can also do better on pricing if your serious.
RB is proven technology and warranted not to mention the go to replacement for the GTR and get rave reviews we have sold a lot of them unfortunately not to many who are on the forums but everyone loves them and has had great results! They are all in stock and can be at your door in 4-5 business days.
Please call if your serious and I can run em all down for you. I'm also testing another companies now too early for a review so I'm sticking to the RB as I don't want to sell something that isn't proven just yet.

I am waiting on the new factory perf braking pkg (2 pc hat rotors) to be orderable in a couple weeks so I can order my '16 SRT. It's $1295 but I don't know if it comes with Hawk like low dust pads or the wicked dust ones....If u were me, would u use that $1295 to buy complete RB/Hawk pads? sets from u?

Re: What is hte best rotors replacement?

I have been selling these like hotcakes and I have a deal to pass along

I spoke with RB and we can offer a full set front and rear with the Two piece rotors and pads for 2k shipped if I can get 5 sets sold..

Pads are matched to the rotor material and are virtually dust free even after 30 days LOL (I've tested it not proud LOL)

If you are nterested also feel free to call me their are some differances not mentioned that I know no other company offers.

Email Info@blackopsautoworks.com if you are serious.

Re: What is hte best rotors replacement?

Just an update,
I have gone with the DBA T3 5000 ClubSpec 2 piece rotors for the fronts, a little cheaper and replacement parts are cheaper that RB too.

I got the PowerStop Z26 brakes on and i must say, DO NOT DO THAT! haha
they are arguably harder than the rotor and will resurface them as you use them. I ordered the R-4S Porterfield and will let you know what i think.

This is what makes the Racing brakes a nice package they pads and Rotors are matched to each other and are mfg. to work with each other right from the foundry. RB do not do not squeal or ruin your rotors nor do they leave any dust in fact some of the lowest braking dust pads out IMO. This means you are 1 and done may be a lil bit more coin up front but again I can work with anyone and hammer down pricing pretty good on a complete set with pads remember my prices are shipped prices to your door unlike anyone else's who add shipping after. Take about 140.00 off the cost of the RB and your under 2k for a complete set with pads.

What a lot don't realize is the pad is so important and the operating temps of the Hawks and Stop-tecs on miscellanies rotors won't ever be as good as a rotor and pad matched to work together. Not to mention the rotors them selfs are balanced no one is doing this and it's just another performance orientated feature with the RB stiff.

So what was the savings by going this route I'm curious to see if I can get the RB down to this cost to help everyone out from trial and error on something that isn't proven to work and could end up costing a lot if people can't figure out a successful pad combination to not only keep em quiet but low dust as that's a balancing act to say the least.

Let me know @Tamimi?

Would definitely like to know how much cheaper DBA are compared to RB.

In the market for front pair.

I've done some digging and have learnt their is no rear option and the pads are hit or miss so even if their 100-200 cheaper which in no way they can be after buying multiple sets of pads your still only left with the the rear Oem setup and noting complete!

FYI I have been testing the new xt910 pads and can say with certainty they are as good possibly better than the pads that come on the Hellcat Oem and that stopped better than the jeep right out of the dealer!

So the win is the complete package with the xt910's no one will be disappointed in the setup I'm sure.

Also if anyone wants to do fronts only I know the package is said to be cheaper but we don't know how much cheaper and I most likely match with pads that actually work
