Re: Changing the SRT 6.4 oil filter

Anyone else using the Viper SRT filter? SRT engineers say this filter maintains filtration (rather than going into high-pressure bypass) in wide-open-throttle acceleration better than any other on the market.

I'm switching from Mobil 1 Extended to this next interval. I love that they actually protect the filter opening with a plastic cap. What a breakthrough, LOL.

Just threw one on with my last oil change! I heard that same thing so I switched to it. Its only 13 bucks from the dealer. Its the same price (just about) as a M1 or K&N filter as well.

I like how it says SRT on it, mainly. LOL
