After installing bulb. Push liner back and replace rivets with the plastic rivet setter. As shown below
I used the Phillips ultinon 6000k led h11 bulbs from xenondepot.com! You can see.feom the pics they are incredible! Output is amazing for an led bulb!
This pic is of a new ultinon on the drivers side...With the cree 30 watt bulb on the passenger
I dont know if its just my phone but most of the photos are of your tools when your explaining the steps. Seen most of your write ups and this is the only one that pictures are screwed up.
Huh...It has the pics at the bottom...but not in lined with the description. Some weird forum app problem.i guess. I'll fix them when I get to my laptop
Thanks Scott for the writeup.
I was hoping that there was a way to get the rivets out without destroying them, as I cannot get the rivet gun in AU. I will order one to be delivered to my hotel when I visit the USA in November.
Thanks for this Scott. I have been sitting on these for 6 weeks as I could not gain access without taking out rivets. Steve @ XD relayed the info on the rivets which I ordered (noticed they are a bit smaller and not grey per stock) but have not found the time to install and did noy know about needing the rivet too. Steve has been great and I am hoping to get these in soon. Your entry has helped!
PS- I also ordered the Lloyd mats from Steve and they are really nice. much better than the rubber all weather I had.
not a problem. Youll like them...they are awesome. Im gonna get more Phillips bulbs from him for my jeepaddicted rear tail and fogs harness. Phillips is releasing a ton of LED bulbs for 3157, 3057, 7443 etc. and xenondepot has them

Do you have a phillips Ultinon LED H11 that is not 6000k? maybe 5000 or 4500? I have tried other H11 LED 6000K and they had plenty of Lumen output but they eneded up being too much blue to go with the stock HIDs. Made the stock HIDs look too much yellow so i put the Halogen back in. Sounds like these would be the same unless you change the stock HID also? Looks like a good bulb for the lumen output but color sounds like it may be an issue if you are trying to match stock HID is that correct?
These bulbs are different from other H11 Led bulbs in the market - completely different. Here are some pics of them installed in Toyota Camry with a 4300k HID kit installed (Same colour temperature as your stock bulbs):

I have looked at several H11 LEDs and the past problem has always been the amount of light they throw was not usable. The ones I recently tried in the picture below were great and threw equal or more light than the halogens, a good pattern, fanless, no modules, no errors/CANBUS issues and about a third of the price of those Philips you have there. Problem is and why I didn't keep them is the 6000K just like those phillips. They make the OEM HIDs look too yellow. So unless you plan on changing out the 4300 HID headlights to something closer to 6000K it just doesn't look right to have a white-blue fog and a white-yellow HID headlight. They need to come out with an LED H11 at around the 4300 because many people don't want to also change the HID headlights they just want a quick and easy plug and play LED that will match the HIDs and give usable light. Looks like we are still not there yet. Im sure it will happen at some point here just a matter of time, keep us posted on any new temp colors that may come out.

If you wanted a perfect colour match, I would look at either going with HID kit in the fogs, or with these H11 5000k LED bulbs - cosmetic upgrades only.
Your vehicle uses an H11 bulb for the fog lights meaning that you would need to order an H11 HID conversion kit. Make sure to order the 5000k if you plan on matching 5000k Low beam bulbs.
Also, use coupon code MOPARHID upon checkout to save $25 on the HID kit and to ensure you receive the CANBUS component required to install a kit on the vehicle.
I can confirm these are not your typical LED fog bulb. I finally took Scott's advice and got these...couldn't be happier. Light output is awesome and look great with our halos. And BIG thanks to XenonDepot...as always, quality stuff!!
I just installed my Philips Led's in the fogs too and they do have a bluish tint to them. I wish they looked closer to the ribbons but overall a great upgrade. Only thing different I did was use the nylon rivets from Autozone with the screw heads for easy access later if I wanted to switch the lights out.
Bulb on right is the led and left is Oem.
Big difference.
