New wheels = squeaky brakes?

Hello. I had new brake pads out in a couple of months ago and everything was fine with them.

I recently had new wheels/tires put in and I hear a lot of brake squeaking now. Tire place looked at it and said they didn't touch the brakes. Said I should stop by a brake shop.

Obviously. But what could have happened to cause this??

Thanks for feedback.

You don't mention year, model, etc. but on some of the GC's overtorqueing the wheel bolts can warp the brake rotors.
