The only comparison I can think of is the OEM lights are equivalent to using a candle compared to these lights. Directly wired in (with adapter harness) and no issues with the CANBUS system or flickering that some other bulbs might produce. I even have mine aimed a little too high (almost level) and have not had a single oncoming vehicle flash high beams at me. Edit: Can't wait for a good snowstorm this winter!
What adapter are you using? I am not a fan of cutting and soldering and am looking for a direct fit adaptet

Anything. I see wall pics, but would love to see additional pics of the fogs only in city and backroads, along with lows on, etc.

I know there are pics in this thread, but the more the merrier!

One of my first modifications to the Jeep will be the foglights. Although it may not be the ones mentioned in this thread, if the others don't come out as planned, they may be my next best option.

Uh, if you actually read the thread it states those harnesses need to be modified to reverse polarity.

To those who are concerned about soldering, check out a battery powered soldering iron for circa $15, pretty easy procedure.

Uhh no!

The link I provided three times is an exact plug & play adaptor harness!

Maybe you should reread it!

I'll see what I can do for you tonight. There are some back streets by me that don't have very many street lights that should work well for pics.

I was going to grab some quick pics on the way into work this morning, but I was running late and didn't have time.

^My bad, sorry. After third re-read of this monster thread, I had incorrectly referred to Jdebler's harness link from ebay.

Another great alternative to soldering (or crimp connectors) are Posi-Tite connectors:
Posi-Tite- Watertite Connector

I've used the Posi-Lock connectors in the past with absolutely NO problems. You just strip off about 3/16" insulation and go. Due to the plastic/composite composition of the barrels, once you tighten them (finger tight) they won't back out, even with vehicle vibration.

Due to where the fogs are located, I would recommend using the Posi-Tite rather than Posi-Lock connectors.

Re: 2011-2013 Foglight upgrade Option

Ok, night time pics with the lights shining down a back street with no overhead street lamps.
I used an older Kodak 5MP camera on a tripod on the center of the dash looking out the windshield and used the timer to be sure I didn't jar the camera.
1st pic is low beams only (Sylvania H11 XV XtraVision bulbs)
2nd pic is low beams and fogs
3rd pic is fogs only.
