For those who are interested in having these and functional auto leveling(European market), I found a universal system made by Hella that adds auto leveling to any vehicle. It says that it's intended for vehicles with manually adjustable headlights, but I think they will work with one that doesn't have it. It's pricy, but as soon as I can find a copy of the installation instructions, i will get it and try it out.

Adam where are you located?

Seems to me you could hypothetically purchase OEM LCS components on eBay etc if you wanted to

Houston. Mine is a compass, so to my knowledge, the US market never came with auto leveling. Even the 2014+ limited that comes with the projector are halogens, so there is nothing I could do for that on an OEM scale. I'm not too terribly worried about having the leveling system at the moment, just my bored at work Internet searching is how I found the aftermarket system. Seemed pretty easy for the install, mount the sensor somewhere around the rear axle and it transmits whether they need aimed up or down depending on load.

Although, one thing I'm talking with TRS about is converting over to D2S bulbs and ballast instead of the D2H that it came with.

Well, that was... Uh fun? Definitely was not simple plug and play, but it also wasn't impossible.

I bypassed the leveling motor for now, as the connectors didn't match up, though I do plan on figuring out an adaptor at some point to get that functionality back.

The high beam pins don't match up either. I literally had to plug that in sideways to have the pins make proper contact. Not that big of a deal. I left the halogen light that comes with the new ones in the high beam position. I am going to end up installing an LED in there as well, but I'll have to drill the socket and do some rewiring.

My opt7 led low beams worked perfectly with the adapters that were included with them. I am sorry to say that I don't have picks of the behind the scenes. It was cold and rainy today and I just wanted to get the job done.

Overall, I am very happy and these look great. I definitely recommend them, but I wouldn't just describe them as plug and play. Someone more experienced with headlights probably would have had less of a struggle than I did. Your mechanic probably would be able to do an install without much sweat, if you want to go down that path. I will report back as I use these in different conditions. I also thought I saw a tiny bit of fogging when I parked. I'm going to go for a drive later and see if that is an issue.

Looks good, now you need to retrofit the SRT grill to make it blend in.

Yeah, I thought about doing that grill, but I settled on these instead: 11-13 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Horizontal Billet Grille - Ferreus Industries

They'll be here tomorrow. I'll snap some shots and make a new thread.

An update on my lights: The seller said he is contacting the manufacturer to see if it is a known issue... but I am not going to mess around with all the back and forth on a return to China. I'm just going to pull them over the weekend and seal 'em up.

Well, I got them installed and functioning like they should. Only extra things I ended up having to get was a relay for the DRL's and some load resistors for the turn signals. But no errors on the dash with the HID's or anything else. I have to say for these being a Chinese aftermarket light, the light output is on par with anything OEM I've seen. They have a nice, crisp cutoff line, and the 5,000K bulbs that are in them are nice and bright, with a slight hint of blue.

These are all I took off the install,

DRL full brightness:

Low beam on, dimmed DRL(the pics don't really show them dimmed though):

And this is how I wired the relay I got:

(I got this off of a KIA website)

I'll try to get some pics of the cut off and output of them when I get back home tonight.

Wow! Looks great, what did you have originally, halogen or hid? I have halogens and want to see if I need any extra harnesses

I had the halogens, so you will need at a minimum the HID retrofit harness and a relay for the DRL's. You may need some load resistors for the hyper flash if you get it.

It's the "bulb out" fast blinking. Since LED's don't use the same amount of power as regular incandescent bulbs, the computer normally things it's a bulb out causing the hyper flash

Re: 2011-2013 guys - have you seen these on eBay?

Thanks Adam for the info, it's greatly appreciated. I ordered mine last night. So, if I am not mistaken, I need one 6 pin mopar harness, one 12 pin molex plug (both highlighted on pg 13 of this thread), relay for the Drl's, and perhaps some resistors for the turn signals. Do The pins come with the 12 pin connector or do I need to purchase those separately?
