You have factory HID's right? Let us know if they work, and then I'll see where you got yours from and go from there.

No I have halogens, but I was going to convert my harness to factory HID. Now I'm just going to wait it out.

Adamr has had the correct info throughout. The only reason mine were not exactly plug and play was because I'm a moron. I forgot to request HID when I checked out on ebay. It still wasn't that bad. Just make sure you let the seller know you want the HID option.

Ahh ok, so then yes, they are plug and play with factory hid, which is what you have correct? I thought you said that but I saw that you had LED bulbs which are usually used by people who have halogens.

Re: 2011-2013 guys - have you seen these on eBay?

Correct, I had factory HID. I literally had to turn one of the connector clips sideway so the pins would make contact. If I recall correctly, it was the DRL LED clip. I also used an LED for my low beams, so I had to use an adaptor harness. Had I not wanted to use LEDs for those, I would have just plugged the factory connector into that slot as well.

The only thing I will urge you guys to do the first time around, so you don't have to take them out again, is to seal the edges with clear silicone. I don't know that every light will have condensation issues, but better to be safe. Other than that, they are super super high quality.

I was going to ask you about that, did you end up resealing them?

Yep yep. I used a clear silicone. I even did the edges around the rubber caps. I figure that I can just cut the silicone and pull them off when I want to access the bulbs.

I've heard of the fogging issue before due to them not being sealed well, but the theory of the LED bulbs you have not putting out any heat is also probably true. I know the HID's get pretty warm typically.

Well, it appears to be monsoon season here in Houston again, and I can say that there haven't been any issues so far *knock on wood* Everything is still function and haven't had any issues with fogging. Hell, my BMW headlights fog up with a good rain or car wash, to show you how good these lights are.

Re: 2011-2013 guys - have you seen these on eBay?

So I have read through this whole thread, and I am still confused if these lights will fit my Jeep. I have a 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited with the bi xenon HID set up. I actually have the SRT lights (black inside bezel) in them now and those were plug and play. Just wanted to know if any wiring mods or harnesses are needed? The fogging issue concerns me a little as well. Thanks guys for any input.

I believe you can order them with 2 different connector configurations and you just need to make sure that when you order then you get the correct ones

$700 sounds pretty expensive. I looked into that style before I found these eagle eye style lights. The rings were $200 for single color (both sides included), $280ish for multicolor. My mechanic wanted an additional $125 to put them in my factory HID lamps.

Where do you see $480? I see $789 on ebay
