2011 GC Interior Trim

Hi All,

Newbie here and please pardon my ignorance if this is posted elsewhere. I will say that I did search and could not find anything!

I have a 2011 GC Limited - I'm curious if anyone has swapped out or painted the factory 'wood grain' door and dash trim. I really like the carbon fiber trim in the Overland/SRT but am not sure if it's a limitation of the whole door panel or just simply a snap/screw in accessory.

Any help (or part numbers ) is much appreciated!

-JD

Re: 2011 GC Interior Trim

ClarkeyWKCRD used a carbon fiber tape to modify the trim in his GC:

Using 3M Di-Noc carbon fiber film

Re: 2011 GC Interior Trim

Does anyone know if the Wood Grain trim pops off or is it fastened to the door panels/dash in a way that it cant come off? If it does come off, do you have to remove the door panels to release?

Thanks

Re: 2011 GC Interior Trim

Had some time this weekend to pull the dash and door panels apart and wrap my wood grain interior trim with carbon fiber. Still have the back 2 doors to do but I love the results. Big thanks to RageofFury and GBJeep for their feedback to my original post and links to go along.
