2012 GC Headlight advise

Looking for some advise. My 2012 Jeep was hit in the driver side front which resulted in a headlight replacement. My issue now is the passenger side headlight is dull in comparison. The shop did a great job in buffing the exterior of the lens but it just doesn't compare to the new lens. Can the lens portion be replaced or removed?

Nope they don't sell the "lense" separate. You didn't mention if you have Factory HID or halogens.

either way the bumper has to come off to remove the headlight/ Lense

It's OEM HID. Those lights are expensive. The shop charged the insurance company $1,300 CAD for the driver side.

The lens isn't separate, so you'll need a whole assembly to replace it. You may be able to source a replacement for DIY for less than a shop installed unit.
