2012 GC w/halogens...front fog light replacement?

So today I noticed one of my fog lights wasn't working anymore.

2012 GC w/halogens only

Anyone know if I can use these as a direct replacement?

OPT7 LED Headlight Bulbs w/ Clear Arc-Beam Kit - H11 (H8, H9) - 60w 7,000Lm 6K Cool White:

Or if anyone else has a better recommendation...my budget is roughly around a $100..thanks.

Holy shit the low beams are bright as hell even in daytime sunlight. Also I cannot use the fog lights at all since they will definitely blind oncoming traffic. I'm hoping I can adjust the angle all the way down or put some sort of eyelid on the foglight housings.

(These are the xenon depot kits btw)
