I would love to get one of these legendary harnesses. I bought a new 14' Limited a few months ago and really like the Led DRL

Confirmed:
Engine ON = "LED ribbon DRLs" come 30 seconds after you have started the engine. (this means your LEDs will be one at full brightness)
Engine ON + Left turn signal = LEFT DRLs shuts OFF
Engine ON + Right turn signal = RIGHT DRLs shuts OFF
Engine ON + 4 way flashers = BOTH DRLs shut OFF
Engine ON + Park lights = LED ribbon ribbon in dimmed mode along with amber sidemarker. (LEDS will be dimmed)
Engine ON + Headlight = LED ribbon ribbon in dimmed mode along with amber sidemarker. (LED will be dimmed)

Is waiting 30 seconds for the LED DRLs to come on a normal OEM setting? Seems odd to wait that long.

The person that made the most progress was "mxracrer" he came upon the same obstacle as I did.

I don't think anyone has tried since then.

They either cut the plugs or scrap the idea

No issue with cutting the plugs, losing AFS or having the DRL's on when the turn signal activates. No one seems to have a pin out guide. Someone had mentioned a shop that did it custom.

I have to look for the pin out guide.

One member compiled a wire conversion chart but they didn't share it on the forum.

Send a PM and I can help you.

2011-2013 never had AFS.

The wiring chart retains the auto level function and DRL cut off feature.

As far as I know the has been two successful swaps (pbalias and Kuba SRT)

and one with minor issues (carbon6)

CARBON

PBALIAS AND KUBA'S truck also came with bixenon from the factory.

Pbalias wanted the newer headlights and devised the wiring conversion chart so thanksv to him. KUBA did a 2014 SRT swap on his 2013 srt8.

Re: 2014 GC lights in 2011?

Hey guys sorry ive been MIA so long. I see a lot has been discussed.

Jeep Addicted is correct...I came up with a conversion chart to convert the 2011-2013 bixenon wiring to the 2014 bixenon headlamps.

Ive been providing it to those who ask via PM (I think I got to everyone...but if not please let me know). I can post it somewhere if someone would suggest the appropriate spot.

Ahh sorry about that, I stand corrected. Interesting though because when I took picked up my Jeep from the dealer, they had said there were "some issues they had to work out." Will have to get a pic of my wiring harness and post it up here tomorrow...

Do you have a fast blink/bulb out message from your turn signals? I get a warning with mine and figure I need to wire in a pair of resistors to trick the computer with the LEDs
