This is the same conversation we had before, and remember who was right

Its logic and physics. We now know for an absolute fact from your test that the 14 headlights are too small for the opening on the 11-13 front clip. Logically and physically, the 11-13 headlights that do fit in that opening will be too large to fit in the smaller openings of the 14 front clip.

The grille or the lights in those pictures must have been modified...or perhaps the gaps are hidden by the camouflage.

Anyone make any progress on the wiring harness? If not I will contact a local company who specializes in lighting/retrofits, etc...

I heard from a friend at the dealer that all you need to do is change the modules

Re: 2014 GC lights in 2011?

Here is the update.

My supplier for the 16 pin connector shorted my order so I am waiting for those to arrive.

At the latest it will be two weeks to have the finished product.

Scott, I did a search for your work on the 08 upgrade for 05-07 headlamp with, surprisingly, no luck, perhaps due to the feature on the app.

You say you made a bumper filler. What material did you use, do you have any photos, was it in-house or did you send it out?

I was gonna drop in a few local shops, to include BWoody, and any suggestions on a path forward that I can take with me would greatly help.

Again, sorry if there is a post with this info and I simply missed it -- just point me towards it.

Thanks,

Addicted...any news? So i hit my 2011 Limited front end slightly (factory HID). It will need 1 new headlight, grille, and bumper. I'm thinking of putting on the 2013+ HID lights, grille, and bumper. \

My only holdback is the plug and play of the 2013+ HID headlights with the 2011 HID headlights. Wondering if there will be a harness for this.

I am going to finish a harness today I was waiting for a package

I had ordered some plugs for the turn signals but they don't fit so I will have to use some 7443 bulbs and you will have to use the socket from the headlight.

I have not looked into figuring the wiring for a car with factory bi xenon as yet br cause I have not sourced a male 6pin plug for the front left bixenon headlight.
