2014 Limited lux II headlights

Searched but found nothing.
Bought a 14 limited without knowing they bring halogen instead of the hid.
Question : is the upgrade to lux II headlights a direct bolt on?
Feel free to comment.

Thanks
Erick

Re: 2014 Limited lux II headlights

From what I have read in other topic threads, the wiring harness is different. There a many threads about adding HID's though.

I've seen the threads about hid's but I'm more interested in the oem drl's and as a bonus you get the hids.

The lux II headlights have a 16 pin molex connection where the standard lights have individual connections that control each feature of the light. I believe you would have to adapt this to a 16 pin molex to get them to work.

Re: 2014 Limited lux II headlights

Is there a vendor who makes adapters?
