Do you have photos of your roof rack now? Will you post photos once the light bar is installed?

This is the exact thing I was thinking about doing and would love to see what it actually looks like on. Thanks

That looks solid. How hard was the mounting/installing of the light bar under the grill?

And if you live in Ny, I'll buy you lunch and a 6 of your choice to help. Lol

Utah is a long way from NY!

I fabbed up an aluminum plate to mount the lights on the bottom of the fascia.
When I first looked at it the plastic is way too flimsy, would let the lights bounce around.

With the plate they are rock solid, only issue I can think of is the extra weight on the 1/4 turn fasteners, might have to work out a threaded insert and bolts for the three under the center behind the lights.

So Far I have had the fascia off two more times since I set it up, mainly for the body shops to assess damage from the parking lot hit and run lady, and they seem to be fine.
I just tend to over engineer so there will never be issues, we all know issues happen at the worst possible time.

Re: 2014 WK2 Off Road Lighting

I too put 2 7" lightbars behind the grill around the ACC. I just ordered 2 9" lights to replace the 7's because I can fit those in there lol. I used an L bracket and drilled 2 holes on each side of the ACC and mounted them. ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1479783156.496687.jpgImageUploadedByJeepGarage1479783172.052652.jpg
