Re: 2015 GJC Altitude Blacked out build

i would love the srt style headlights, there perfection, would really look amazing 1- i heard nightmares bout the swap with harnesses etc 2- there very expensive 3-i heard nightmares again of people having such issues with them converting, im probably gonna do LED bulbs top and bottom, thinking bout having yellow fogs and nice white blueish headlights, personally i dont hate the headlights at all, if you really look at them there very nice and they are blacked out inside, just wish they came LED HID from factory

THIS is blacked out...

He can open his headlights this summer, paint the reflector and replace the bulb with a switchback LED.

Re: 2015 GJC Altitude Blacked out build

Anyone have any luck with wrapping the chrome window trim with vinyl? That ugly chrome is the last thing I have to black out on my 2014 altitude. I would rather not plasti dip it if I don't have to. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

HEY MAN, lets see some pics, i just plasti dipped it, way cheaper and looks just great to me, if u got the money to dump on the trim i would do it too but for 10 bucks to get the same result sort of, try the plasti dip for 10 bucks you get 2 cans at home depot, try it out and then decide what u wanna do

Re: 2015 GJC Altitude Blacked out build

Sorry it took so long. I had to get her cleaned up first. Here's a few pictures from after i washed and waxed it. I just installed the srt black honeycomb grill and the black exhaust tips the other day. Im really happy with how they look.

I would rather not go through the hassle of tapping of the whole car just to plasti dip the trim. Im pretty confident that ill like how it will look i just would like to either wrap it myself or find someone to do it.
