2015 HID install in Fogs

I am trying to confirm if you only need the CANBUS fix to install HIDs in the foglights. I currently have all of the necessary wiring minus a relay kit. I have tried to install without a relay kit and the fog lights would flicker (with CANBUS installed).

I would also like to know if XenonDepot's MOPAR HID wire harness comes with the CANBUS modules or not.

I recently installed HID fogs. You will need the relay kit as well as the CANBUS modules. Using the "MOPARHID" coupon code it should come with the CANBUS modules (although mine didn't). I would place the order and then call them to ensure they are included.

If you already have the canbus harness just buy the relay harness and you should be good that is what I had to do with mine and now they work great.

Re: 2015 HID install in Fogs

my advice, if you put HID into your fogs, turn off auto headlights... if you have fogs on with headlights, the ballasts burn out fast because of the on and off of the headlights during the transitioning from regular light to low light areas (tunnels and underpasses). Ive burned out 4 canbus ballasts within 12 months, got tired of it and switched to xenondepot's new LED bulbs.

+1 on this. I wish there was a way to keep the fogs on with the highbeams though.
