I've got Philips MZ's with fanless LED's (copper heatsink ribbons) right now and fit great but those are only 2500 lumens.
Im wondering the same thing too but im guessing that it should work for the fogs just not sure about the headlights.

Re: 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland LED conversion kit installed in Fog Lights

I also have the stock halogen OEM low beam headlights and fogs (2013 Black GC Altitude) and am wishing to replace with this OPT7 kit. Anyone replaced their low beams with this kit yet? Seems to be a popular replacement choice for fogs in the Jeep Garage forum with great results and I was hoping they were as successful as low beam replacements.

Re: 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland LED conversion kit installed in Fog Lights

Has anyone used this OPT7 kit as a replacement for the stock OEM low beam headlights? I have the stock lighting in my 2013 black GC Altitude and wanted to use this OPT7 kit for low beam replacement...thoughts? Or other recommendations?

I got mine yesterday and installed them this morning in less than 10 minutes

Just turn the wheels hard ..remove the 2 plastic fender rivets and the one bolt that hold the inner fender cover and you'll have all the room you need to change these out in 5 minutes

I just wire tied the polarity inverter and extra wires up and that's it

Piece of cake

These are noticeably whiter than the stock hid's

Re: 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland LED conversion kit installed in Fog Lights

Installed them this morning (in 25 weather before getting picked up to go to the Seahawks game). Took about 30 mins to do. One 10mm bolt and the 1/4-turn fender clip.

I have a '15 High Altitude.

After I installed the driver's side.

Both sides.

They look great. And project a lot of light. Really happy with them. Sharp cutoff and perfect color.

What bulbs did you get?? Did you take any pics of the install? Did you have to replace any of the plastic rivets?

H11 bulbs. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o03_s00

No pics of the install but you don't need to take any rivets out. All you need to do it pull out the 1/4 turn plastic piece from the bottom of the fender and remove the 10mm bolt from the very bottom of the fender well. Then you just go in from the bottom - plenty of room to work with.

Do you have any pictures of the headlights on and the fog lights on?

Do none of you know that 2015 summitts and srt's come with oem led housings that will bolt straight up to your wk2s snd plug right in? They are a little more expensive than all these bulbs....but plug and play on 14+ wk2s
