2015+ Xenondepot HID kit with pwm module=EXCELLENT!

My wife acquired a 2015 charger rt and we instantly noticed the headlamps were terrible compared to my 14 jeep SRT. I contacted the ONLY company I would EVER use for lighting on any vehicle I own....Xenondepot! I've used Xenondepot for over 20 years now and they are hands down the best lighting vendor out there! Anyway.....many 2015+ mopars experience many problems with hids , leds etc. when installed. These include flickering, one bulb out, not working at all etc. So Steve at Xenondepot sent me a new PWM module to test on my 2015 charger since many 15+ fca vehicle owners had problems.

HID Kit PWM HID kit Module | HID kit canceller | HID Anti-flicker module

The install was more problematic than the module...but that's for the charger forums! We have ran these for about 6 months now with 0 problems. No flicker, pulsing, bulb out warnings...nothing. Just perfectly performing hid headlights! They also match the oem led fogs pretty close. Xenondepot HIDs are hands down the best quality kits I've laid my hands on...and the PWM module is no exception! No longer needed are relays etc. No wire mess. Easy plug and play installation...and great results!

Re: 2015+ Xenondepot HID kit with pwm module=EXCELLENT!

Thanks for posting. It is nice to know there is another alternative "plug and play" kit available. Seems like the only kits known to work 100% on the 2015 mopars are this, the diode dynamics kit, and the ddm tuning kit. I am very happy with my ddm tuning kit designed for the 2015+ mopars. Unlike the xenon depot and diode dynamics kit, it has the pwm built into the ballast. Unfortunately, shipping times for ddm is awful.

Re: 2015+ Xenondepot HID kit with pwm module=EXCELLENT!

I agree. I purchased a xenondepot H11 kit in 5000k for my wife's 2015 Honda and they exceeded my expectations. Quality of the parts, wiring, bulb fitment, color, everything. Very happy with the kit! I also really liked the fact that they said their digital ballasts do not require the use of a relay harness as it does not out the heavy startup loads on the stock wiring and switches...and they still include one with the kit!
Thumbs up from me!

We tested a ballast with the built in pwm...and while it worked fine
...xenondepot didn't want to change their world class ballasts to add the module to them. I don't blame them there.

Re: 2015+ Xenondepot HID kit with pwm module=EXCELLENT!

@Scottina06 - Thanks for taking the time to post this thread/info. Just wanted to clarify a couple of things:

(1) I think we've "only" been working together for 15 years, so not quite 20

(2) This module will also work on 2015+ Jeep Grand Cherokees as well

We've tried canbus ballasts and different branded modules that supposedly work (will not mention names) -- and they did not work 100% of the time.

We've spent months developing this modules, and with absolutely certainty can state that they have been tested on basically every 2015+ Mopar vehicle -- and work!

Re: 2015+ Xenondepot HID kit with pwm module=EXCELLENT!

I have hids on my 2014 gc laredo they never flicker or give bulb out error ! But my problem is sometimes one bulb will not work from the first time when i unlock the car due to low voltage , it's random it happens with both sides , when i turn them off and wait little and turn on again they would work, and this happens like 30% of timea

You need a pwm module set

Are you sure that it's going to fix that issue ? It happens due to battery voltage is lower than 12V sometimes

The 2014 Laredo uses low beama as DRLs will this also fix the flickering problem while in day time ?

@ahmaddoski - If you have DRL (daytime running lights) enabled, then you would need to use a relay harness along with the PWM module.
