Hi all, i just got a '17 Altitude, and want to add an HID kit... I've added kits to other vehicles i've owned before, but not sure what i'll need for this one? (want to make sure there's no flickering, or dash warning lights)
(i'm not having a lot of luck searching for info, as mine has the same front end as the 75th anniversary edition)
I'm also considering changing the fogs to either HID or LED, but not sure yet.
DDM Tuning makes a 100% plug and play HID for $90. Many members on here are using them with no issues at all, including myself. I have their 5500k kit in my lows.

There is also a kit sold by xenondepot but it's slightly more expensive and includes relays and a PWM module...
Any feedback regarding the advantages/risks to either kit, other than the xenondepot kit being (perhaps) more complicated to install? Are the relays and PWM module necessary for smooth operation?
I'm also looking for a low beam HID conversion on my 2017 altitude as well.
New to the forum and trying to get some info on upgrading the lights. Any one have a video or a good write up on how to change the bulbs to HIDs or LEDs? I'll probably end up using DDM as they've never steered me wrong in the past.
I have ddm 6500k hid's for the headlights and fogs. Work great just make sure you use dielectric grease so the connectors don't corrode like mine did. Had to send it back to ddm and they cleaned it and sent it back not realizing it was the connectors. They have a lifetime warranty which is good but have done it right the first time and use the grease to avoid issues with moisture and water.

Yes but its a pita. Need to practically hug the lower fascia/truck.
Oh and wear long sleeves and gloves cause you'll get some really nice nicks and possibly bleed
