My jeep didn't come with the 115 volt inverter plug from the factory,so i bought this Valor 115 volt invertor with remote plug off of ebay for $15 free ship, I cut a hole big enough below the rear vents where the factory plug would be with my cutting wheel, snapped in the new plug and mounted the inverter by the battery under the seat, hooked it up and I now have a built in inverter that doesnt take up my other power ports. I'm going to do something to make it look cleaner around the port, but for now its functional.:D

The 20-amp fuse means output is limited to 20 amps x 12 volts x 0.8 (typical efficiency) = 190 watts continuous power. The "300 watts peak power" must refer to a peak short enough that the fuse doesn't get time to melt. Still, that's as good as the factory inverter which provides only 150 watts.

The ground blade (the third prong) makes me nervous -- there's no ground available in the car. What did you connect it to? The factory inverter doesn't provide a third prong and there's a stern warning in the manual against three-prong to two-prong adapters.
