Alcantara Steering wheel and shift knob

Recently I did a little interiour makeover for my '12 Laredo X

Some of you remember I had a recovered summit steering wheel in my laredo but it would have clashed with my new SRT Dash Trim so I came up with something else.

I have done an ultrasuede headliner before and wanted to try an Alcantara Steering wheel.

The work was done by Don Le at www.dallascustomsteeringwheel.com

My make over includes the following items:
  • Alcantara Steering wheel with burgundy contrast thread
  • Alcantara covered shift knob
  • SRT carbon fibre dash and door Trim
  • Chrome accents for the window switches

Re: Alcantara Steering wheel and shift knob

I also had an altitude grille color matched and the side mouldings removed.
The roof rail plastic has been painted silver to tie in the silver panels on my front and rear valance.

Next on the list are wheels....

Very nice!!!!
The upgrades look sweet.
Where did you get the SRT TRIM?
Is it the actual trim pieces or did you vinyl wrap them?

My "MOPAR GODFATHER" sold them to me for a very very low price.

I asked if he had more and he said that was a once in a lifetime deal.

They are the actual SRT peices the ones that have part #'s on them all start with an "X"
