Question Any suggestions for a "No Drill" front License Plate Holder?

Anyone have something like this on their Jeep? I see a lot of kits online but they are bolted via the tow took, which wouldn't work for the Jeep? Curious to know and see pictures if anyone has this done.

thanks!

Any suggestions for a "No Drill" front License Plate Holder?

Would love to see one as well. Got my first ticket at O'Hare Airport for not having a front plate. I fight the ticket and win every time though (with my old car), it's just a hassle....

This is for inspections only and held on with T-bolts. It really could be permanent if I wanted it to be.

You've been lucky geight Illinois is a 2 plate(must display? state. Eventually you're gonna get fined and not find the ear of an administrative officer.

I'm knocking on wood.... 6 years in Illinois, only rear plate. 😁 only one warning, verbal. Told the cop I ripped it off when I was changing my oil. It's a kind of true story. I was changing my oil, and I did rip it off... It's not my fault if he assumed that I stepped on it and it ripped off. I always keep it in the floor of my backseat, just in case so I can show someone that I do have it.

Showing that you have it and actually displaying it is two different things and will get you a ticket. Especially if it's obvious that the bumper was never drilled for a plate 🤔

Oh it was drilled, but in Georgia, not required. I had left it there, just another black part. Moved to IL, put the front tag on and just can't stand seeing it. Quite a few people around here are "missing" the front tag. Lots of careless people I guess... Mine is covered in dead bugs and dirty, looks like it recently came off at all times 😂

Re: Any suggestions for a "No Drill" front License Plate Holder?

I had the altec show and go installed a couple weeks ago.

Got railed with 6 tickets within a week parking at my gfs apt. So decided to put that on. lol

FWIW the plate holder is made by one company (Altec) they hold the patent. So you may find them with different names, but its all the same shit. Get whatever one you can find the cheapest. I got the electric one btw. You can get a manual one if you like.

I read a few reviews that mentioned it could fall off or cause damage at high speeds... They don't mention if their plate was up or tucked away. I can see this causing an issue if tucked and air pushing it down. Have you had any issues with yours?
