I have fitted the subfloor with custom tie down tracks that can accommodate different anchor points. The ARB fridge uses d-ring like anchors and the ARB Drawer uses stud anchors. The metal structure of the drawer is mounted on top of the studs. Below are pictures of the tracks and stud anchor, also is a pic of a d-ring attached to the track that I use for the fridge.

Those are some very nice toys but I agree from the looks of it you've got thousands of dollars and 100# of high end hardware and top of the line construction relying on a $9 latch that was never meant to hold with more than the force required to cinch down a five pound lid. In a rollover only the sheer size of those two might stop them from becoming a missile but if my very personal experience training vehicles to roll over is anything, even the OE tie downs don't hold in the forces experienced in a violent rollover. Just a personal note, I love the set up but you're more important

I agree with everyone in that the the weak point is in the sub floor and latch mechanism. The new system is already in the works, and will eliminate the latch system and go to a quick disconnect pin system connected to the metal floor, and the subfloor itself will also be upgraded. I will post this project when finished.

I have seen a post on the Australian forum from I bloke who had drawers etc on a false floor and he had it secured by the hold down bolts for the spare, not quite as simple as a single bolt but I will have to find the post for specific details but it certainly is doable and safely.
