Auxiliary light power source question

Looking to install lights on my RRO bar but would like to tie it into a power source that will go off when the Jeep is off "make sence" any and all ideas would be Great. I was looking at LEDs but got a great deal on some PIAA 520 ion crystal lights. what i would like to do is run a 4 Way 12V Fuse Block Circuit under the hood for other future add ons. also unsure of the location to mount the lights UP OR DOWN ?
