(Behind) Door Handle Protective Film?

Wondering if anyone knows of pre-cut protective film that would go behind the door handles. I keep noticing peoples rings and cringe thinking that it might be scratching the paint when they open the doors.

I probably could find a sheet of the film and cut them myself, but I want them to look good and that is where I find my abilities lacking a little.

Seems there are many, e.g.
PPFFilm.com | 3M Paint Protection Film, VentureShield, Scotchgard Pro Series, Xpel

If a local auto parts store has film kits, ones for another vehicle or part of vehicle will work, nice round corners. If all else fails, buy film and take the film and backing to a local print shop and ask them to cut it for you. Don't go too thick, as it has to curve. Might also want to consider the screen saver films for smart phones... same stuff.
