This is good news, I may leave mine in all year around not sure yet. I have them in now its fall and in Charleston WV its rainy and just nasty here in the fall. Heres another question, has anyone painted the Grand Cherokee letters on the rubber mats with luck of no cracking, flexing or chipping. I like everything about the mats but i would have liked to have seen the letters in Silver.. has anyone done this successfully and if so what kind of paint?

Re: Best Floor /Cargo Mats

Just remember that the MY2013 front passenger mat differs from the MY2011 and MY2012. (2 hooks vs. 1 hook.)

Re: Best Floor /Cargo Mats

I picked up the Mopar OEM slush mats today at my dealership and love them. As has been discussed here, the front driver and passenger mats fit perfectly but the rear mat does not cover the passenger footwell areas well. I like the Jeep logo on the rear mat and the Grand Cherokee logo on the front mats.

Re: Best Floor /Cargo Mats

I ordered the mopar mats for my 2013 and I totally forgot about the hooks until I went to put the passenger side in. After calling about it they couldn't give me an idea when new ones would be out. So I made two small cuts in the mats where the hooks should go and fit the hooks right through my small cuts. You can only tell it isn't supposed to be that way because of the third hole in the middle which I'm fine with.

Thumbs up Re: Best Floor /Cargo Mats

I am tossing a vote in the box for Weathertech. I have the front, passenger and cargo area mats all installed for 3 months now and they fit very well and never shift or move. Pop them out, shake the crap off and give them a quick wash when needed. They are the most expensive but there is no way that the salt and crap will get by these....... Ordered directly from Weathertech canada.

Re: Best Floor /Cargo Mats

I just picked up a set of Weathertechs today and they fit great. I bought a set of Husky Liners and returned them, they looked cheap and did not have the textured surface of the Weathertechs and I thought they would be slippery when wet. The Weathertechs look so much nicer for the extra $30.

Also I wanted to mention that if any of you live in Chicagoland or Northwest Indiana you should swing by the WT store . The mats are not any cheaper but the new store is very impressive with a restored vintage Aston Martin, all products on display and they even have a cool coffee & hot chocolate bar.

You're right, they are a bit slippery when wet. And I agree they look cheaper. But that hole in the weathertechs for the floor hook was a showstopper for me. People have even posted pics showing how water gets through the hole and soaks the carpet.

Yes I agree!

The weathertechs look nice, cost more, and soak your carpets when water pours thru the floor hook holes!

The Husky's cover move area and keep your carpets dry all the time.

Here are the Husky front and rear liners in my Laredo. Sorry for the crappy phone camera pics.

How much water are you guys pouring on these mats? My WT fit snugly over the holes and I would doubt that they let any water in unless there is a great deal of it and it is over the top of the holes. I will empty them out before it gets that full or if it becomes a problem I'll just cover the holes with a piece of black duct tape. I would rather do that than ride around with ugly, slippery mats in my $50k Jeep. Just my .02, though.
