Re: Black wood steering wheel
My build sheet says my steering wheel is wood....but it is so polished and smooth it feels like plastic.
Really frigg'n nice plastic...but still....doesnt "feel" like wood.
But I like it.
Anyhow...to the issue of replacing the wheel and then replacing the trim.
I think the gold/bronze/rose hue stuff is marketed as something like "Moroccan Sunset" or some such silliness.
It compliments the center console etc.
If I recall correctly from other posts I've read while researching my own JGC aquisition, the early 2014 Overland/Summits had silverish trim pieces.
Therefore...would it be possible to narrow the search and look for an early 2014 overland/summit wheel?
I would say that you could consider a High Altitude wheel, but I dont know if that would give you the wood that you want. (snicker)
Any idea what a NEW wheel meeting your needs would cost from MOPAR?
"HOPE is not a strategy."
2015 (August) JGC Summit 4wd V-8, Black / Black,
Full skid plates, NO DVD (my preference)
20" Polished with Fortura tires (until the tires I really want hit the market in Feb...then Im switching)
