Black wrapped window/roof rack trim

So today decided to wrap my chrome window and roof rack trim with 3m satin black. Had some left over 3m wrap material from a side job of an evo wrapped hood, roof and trunk. So this didnt cost me anything which was even better!! think it turned out really well and the satin material looks better then i thought it would. Let me know what you guys think! Below are just a couple before and after pictures, Black grill, black tailgate trim and lower door trim removal to follow shortly.

This looks great. How hard of an install is it? I would love to do something similar to the trim on my white 15 HA. With the black, bronze and chrome trim there is too much going on!

Re: Black wrapped window/roof rack trim

That looks great!! I have some gloss black vinyl coming and I'm going to do my window trim as well. I went with gloss black though to keep the vehicle consistent with all the other parts that are gloss black like the wheels, emblems, and the window dividers. I trialed with some vinyl I had laying around and I think the job is going to be fairly easy. Would be sooooo much easier if this pieces removed from the vehicle easily, but I'm thinking thats not the case.

Where did you get your vinyl? I will be ordering gloss from here for exactly the same reasons you ordered gloss.

Now if I can figure out how to black out he bronze trim on my HA I will be all set!
