The badge is OEM and that's what I like about it.

Looks a bit out of place not matching the gloss black on the other side.

I ordered an overland badge for my High alt and I may try to black chrome it or go gloss black. The "overland" wording is lightly raised and should still stick out.

Re: Blackhawk emblem

I agree with what another poster said in that most people would not know what BlackHawk represented in the US. I peeled off my dealer badge and put on the BlackHawk. I like it and will keep it. I am not trying to misrepresent the vehicle but do want to differentiate it from the tons of other black GC's out there. When I change the rims as well that will personalize it too.

If everything else on the Jeep was black I would agree but it still has chrome window trim, exhaust tips, and lug nuts.

The Altitude badge is also raised. The black is in the background and the chrome is up front.

Re: Blackhawk emblem

How does this badge look on a white Jeep? I'm interested.

Re: Blackhawk emblem

I'm in the process of another batch of orders. To be honest it has been difficult lately to organise with work being really busy. But someone sent me a link to this today:

1x 8 5" Big Blackhawk Emblem Black Hawk Badge Jeep SRT Grand Cherokee Wing Y | eBay

It says its OEM, but perhaps its is a copy. Also a bit cheaper than what it costs for me to buy and ship from Oz, seems to ship out of singapore.

Re: Blackhawk emblem

I don't mind waiting to get one when you have time Ben. No rush or anything. I don't mind spending the extra money and be sure that it's an OEM emblem.

The badge is shown on a white Jeep on the first post by Muser99 that started this post with the title "BLACKHAWK EMBLEM", guess we know where the stupidity lies.
