Can I replace turn signal relay to fix hyper flashing

Can I somehow buy turn signal relay (after market for LED) to fix hyper flashing issue instead of drilling holes on the metal frame to fit load resistors?

I guess the relay is in the fuse box, but have anyone successfully done this before?

There is no flasher relay.
Controlled by on-board computer.

If you want LEDs, you have to go with ballast resistors.

If you buy the most expensive ballast resistors (rather than the $5 ones from Amazon) you can use the 3M automotive double stick tape to mount them as they don't get as hot.

Well explained, I checked the fuse box today and no luck, ur right there is no turn signal relay. Could you share a link of mentioned resistor? I bought the cheap ones from Amazon $7. BTW, a link of 3M tape would be perfect, thank you.

Could you share a link of those kind of tape? 3yr? wow, I noticed there are water marks behind the tail light housing, I guess rain(or car wash splash) does go in there, it's surprising that yours still holds the tape pretty well.

3M tape:
Attachment Tapes, Foam Tape, Emblem Tape, Double Sided Tape, Trim

Comes in grey or black, the black stuff is 'stronger' than the 'grey' stuff. I can find both kinds at the local Target store (usually cheaper than automotive stores). Walmart probably has it too.

Morimoto ballast resistors:
https://www.theretrofitsource.com/le...ingle-led.html
$7.50 each

V-LEDs version:
http://www.vleds.com/lr-hd-c.html
$20 for a pair

It's a normal bulb, not CK.

Take the OEM bulb out and take a small metal pick and bend the metal tabs in the socket out a little.

I have the Acme Red Rocket LEDs and the markers would turn on, but I couldn't get the brake/turn to function until I bent out the metal tabs.

U r right, it's not CK wiring. Turned out the bulbs I used has some problems, no matter how I play with the pins it just won't turn on. Landed on Sylvania 3157 LED from AutoZone, works perfectly, the only down side is it's not brighter than the stock bulb, I guess the reason is they wanted to make it legal, not too bright to blind other drivers on the road.

I ordered another pair of red LED, let me see if I can bent the metal tabs as you mentioned. Thank you so much for sharing.
