Pics when you install it? I know that is the first thing I'm ordering as soon as I take delivery of my Jeep

Hardest part of the installation is getting the damn plastic engine cover back on. Other than that it's easy. Good luck and post a pic when you're done

Totally Ignorant

Before joining JeepGarage I never heard of a catch can. Reading the various threads, the best I can figure is their purpose is to keep the engine comparment clean. Is that correct? If so, do Jeep engines spew more all than others?

I've been running one in my 2011 Mustang 5.0. Keeps oil blow by out of the intake where it normally would be recirculated. I catch a lot more in the Hemi can than I ever did in the Mustang. 2k miles and mines a quarter to a third full already, took about 5k in the Mustang to catch that much and the can was half the size.

Not really a write up but good info that'll help. Plus the directions it comes with are pretty straight forward.

Re: Catch Can color

Older thread for WK2 catch can below, looks like BT came up with a new mount location but otherwise same basic install.
