Those sure don't look like the Mopar ones. They look like they are all chrome.

Re: Chrome fog light bezels NICE!

Mine are Mopar replacements too not the stick-on ones. Got them from amazon.com.

Re: Chrome fog light bezels NICE!

This looks great, and is one of the first mods I did. This is so easy it shouldn't even count as a mod.

Basically, if you have an hour at lunch time you can install these and still have 55 minutes left to eat your sandwich.

So you took your time with it

Easiest mod ever, I replaced both sides in less than a minute with my finger tips. About AU$100 delivered from Just for Jeeps for Mopar originals.

Love the clear protector! I did not know that Mopar made a clear one so I might have to get this. Is the install easy?

I wouldn't say easy, but I did it in a dim garage at dusk, so it was my fault. The plastic does need a bit of persuading as it's a firm fit to bend around the curve of the bonnet edge, there is a fair bit of pressure on each screw to hold it in place, so you can't just 'catch' it and move on to the next one. I droppped the screws and washers a few times and luckily they bounced off the engine and onto the garage floor most times. I ended up losing just one washer.

With the AUS model, you have to pry the rubber air intake guard slightly off the bonnet, stick the bonnet protector tab in underneath it, and refit the rubber again. Whole process was a bit fiddly and tricky but easily enough accomplished at home. Hope that helps.

Re: Chrome fog light bezels NICE!

so what is the big difference between the cheaper stick-on version vs. the oem style other than the textured section near the bulb? I'm not totally sold on the look as I am in the process of eliminating some of my overland chrome. I do like the look for the most part but given I'm not totally sold, I figured I'd get the cheaper version....is this a bad idea? How are the sticky version holding up?

Do the oem ones not stick-on but snap into place?

The chrome OEM replace the black ones, just remove the original bezels and replace. If you don't like the look you can always put the black ones back on. I have the OEM ones and really like the look! I can't speak to the stick on's but if you don't like how the chrome looks you may have a hard time getting them "un stuck"
