The black ones come out amazingly simply. Chrome ones snap in even easier. The "instruction sheet" is on the justforjeeps.com listing for the chrome bezels.

Re: Chrome tip for tail pipe

$65+ is a lot for a bolt-on tip. You can almost buy a Magnaflow muffler for that much! I may try the chinese copy-cat on ebay for ~$30.

I think other sites have the Mopar one listed for even more. I really didn't care about the price. My husband said buy the Mopar so I did. I'm sure they all look the same though.

The Mopar is very easy to install, and there is a good bit of wiggle room if you want to have it stick out. If you check my pic below, I have it sticking out a bit, but you can have have it out a bit more than that if you so desired

Re: Chrome tip for tail pipe

Hey guys - do you know if this Mopar clamp on chrome tip will fit a '07 WK 5.7 Limited?

Or where I can find a Mopar one?

My local Jeep dealer is having a very hard time finding one that will fit due to the downwards bend on the stock tailpipe...

any ideas?

Doesn't the 6 cylinder WK2's come with a chrome tip from the factory?

Re: Chrome tip for tail pipe

From the factory the 6 cylinder WK2's don't come with the chrome tip. Stock is really just the tailpipe from the muffler which flares out to a 3.5" diameter. The mopar chrome tip slides over this and flares out a bit more.

Is this what the Limited has? I would like it to show more like BobsWK2. I was thinking it might could be slid back if it wasn't welded.

Mine has one as well, just wondering if was the bolt on or welded.
